What's Your Story?

What’s Your Story FAQs

This site is only monitored M-F 9am-5pm EST.

Approval Process:

What kind of story can I submit to K12 Stories?

We encourage you to submit a personal story about how K12 has had an impact on your education and life. Be as specific as possible in telling your story. Please use appropriate language in your writing or your video.

Why isn't my K12 Story viewable immediately?

We review all submitted photos, videos, and stories. It can take up to five business days for the review process to be completed. While most stories are approved, not all photos, videos, and stories will be posted.

If my K12 story is not posted, may I resubmit it?

Please do not resubmit a story that has not been posted. We encourage you to try submitting a different K12story.

If my K12 story is not approved and posted, can I find out why?

Sorry, but due to the volume of stories we receive, we are unable to respond to each person with the specific reason a K12 story was not posted.

How do I remove a K12 story from this site?

You must send a request to stories@k12.com.

Will my story be used outside of What’s Your Story?

K12 will occasionally feature a story in our communications. If you don’t wish to have your story shared, please do not submit it. We encourage you to review the Terms of Use.
